We would like to formally Congratulate one of our Junior Staff members Allynta Sutherland for being one of two people across the entire state chosen to receive the inaugural NSW Aboriginal Land Council Educational Scholarship from the NSW Aboriginal Land Council.

We would like to formally Congratulate one of our Junior Staff members Allynta Sutherland for being one of two people across the entire state chosen to receive the inaugural NSW Aboriginal Land Council Educational Scholarship from the NSW Aboriginal Land Council.

The Scholarship is aimed at penultimate year students at a tertiary institution in NSW and is a wonderful opportunity for Allynta to learn about the Indigenous Land Rights movement and the Aboriginal Land Rights Act.

Allynta will undertake her scholarship which runs for 6 weeks with a focus on work on policy and advocacy.

We wish Allynta all the very best and look forward to hearing all about it when she returns to work.
